At Arms Of Eve, we want you to love your new jewelry and accessories; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unworn to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Arms Of Eve pouches and boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Credit

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
